When work needs to be done while you’re away, Freshwater Property Watch acts as your on-site point of contact—ensuring access, oversight, and clear communication without you having to be present. Vendor coordination includes secure key holding and property access for authorized service providers.

What Vendor Coordination Includes
On-Site Access

  • Meet approved vendors at the property

  • Grant and secure access before and after service

  • Confirm the property is locked and systems are secure once work is complete

Documentation & Communication

  • Photo documentation before, during, and after service

  • Written updates summarizing activity

  • Immediate notification if concerns arise

Work Oversight

  • Be present during scheduled service windows

  • Observe work progress (non-technical)

  • Monitor for visible issues or concerns during service
